MRVP Project Based Rental Housing
This program is a rental assistance program based at Mashpee Village (MV). There is a waiting list, but Mashpee residents are given preference over non-residents. Once your name comes up on the list, you will be offered a rental unit at MV. Your rent portion will be based on your income and deductions, and the housing authority will pay the difference between your MV, so if you decide to move from Mashpee Village, you cannot receive rental assistance once you move (unless you have obtained a different form of rental assistance). Mashpee residents will receive a resident preference when applying. The waiting lists are for one, two, three, and four bedrooms.
